"Good idea, bad hittesting"

The hit testing was almost unplayably bad. If it came close to the stick, it counted as a kill, which, in the bouncing ball level, means automatic loss. I'd fix the hit test, and then maybe put a HP bar on al lthe game modes, not just the first one

"Great, but needs ONE THING top be perfect"

This game needs a free play mods in the wirst way. I dont care about what my score is, this was a fun game and I wanted to exparament and be able to play all the different puzzels, or maybe even make my own. I have it a 6 out of 10 because the way it is now with three lives makes it nearly un playable for me, only being able to get a few levels in before having to start over (And replay those first few basic levels overand over. Would have been a perfect 10 if tere was a free play mode, but really, it was a great game, jsut should have that freeplay mode to be perfect.

"Cool game"

I'm not so great at these kinds of games, I tried this one a few times and died, but then the real game for me was trying to figure out how to cheat it, heh. Normaly with these games, you can cheat it by moving your mose quickly, "jumping" over the wall. Some times, you can move your mouse off the side of the flash movie, and back on at another location, often enough, you can right click, and then move over the walls, then right click back where you want to go. None of these worked, so I guess you won! I also tried to press the "start" button without clicking on it (tab, enter) but you stoped that too.

"Great idea"

Belive it or not, I had an idea to do soemthing like this, a DDR/Fighter mix, but I couldnt figure out a good way to do it. What you made was pretty good, but all it really was is a DDR game with an animation of a fight scene behind it. I thought about it for a long time anf couldnt figure out how to mix the two very different styles and have it work, having a little bit of each genre. Have you ever seen a game like this before? I'm curious if you have, PM me if so.

Project Validus: Survival

"Awesome game!"

I love top down shooters, and the great graphics and zombies are a big plus of course! One thing I would have changed is make the bullet travel all along the line from you to your mouse, hitting te first thing in its path, not only hitting just where you click. Check out a game called Crimson Land, its a great (non-flash) top down shooter. But awesome game, cant wait to play more!

I remember crimsonland from back in the day, although it's probably up to version ten million by now haha.

Yeah I experimented with some line testing code that an aquaintance sent me, but I figured having to take distance into account when aiming (like it is now) is a good substitute for the vertical axis needed in real-life aiming that is removed by the top down perspective.
But yeah in future line hittesting bullets will probably be the go, it's cooler :)

Frag Assault

Almost perfect, but the game is too hard for me (Yea, I know, waah waah) but if there was some kind of optional difficulty selector where you can just put it on easy mode if you suck, it would be alot more fun. as it is, I cant last more then 20 or 30 seconds. It's alot liek one of my favorite (non-flash) games, crimson land, check it out if you haven't played it.

"Could be alot better, but really good now anyway"

Its a really great game, but theres something with the hit testing that I die against big planets when there like 50 pixels away, not even close to touching. Because of that, its pretty much unplayable. Besides that, its a bit laggy, but not too much so. try to fi the hit test and I'd love it.

I loved the first one, so glad you make a new one. I'm sure you know about the bug in the first one where you could pause and kill all your momentum. Thats the only reason I managed to beat the first one, I wish you left it in on this one. Anyway. Loved the game, graphs were great. make more (and put the pause cheat back in, i suck at this game, but love it.) <3
